Why wouldn't I just hire a designer or developer?
A designer or developer will cost you alot - atleast $8 000 per month and probably closer to $15 000 a month. Also, it'll take weeks to find and vet the right person. Arena allows you to build quickly at an affordable price.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
You can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How long do tasks take?
Tasks are done in two business days or less. Some complex dev tasks might take more time.
How does pausing work?
We know you might not have enough tasks to fill a whole month. Maybe you only have one or two tasks right now. That's why you can pause your subscription. Billing is based on a 30-day cycle. If you sign up and use the service for 20 days, then pause, your billing stops. You’ll have 10 days left to use whenever you need them in the future.
How does requesting tasks work?
We give you lots of ways to request tasks using Trello. You can ask for tasks directly through Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even send a brief Loom video if you don't want to write everything out. If you can link to it or share it in Trello, you can use it to request a task.
What tech stack do you work with?
We do our design work in Figma. Our prefered tech stack for dev work is React.js and Node.js. We use Typescript across the board and often build with Next.js and AWS. Our web3 stack includes Solidity, Foundry, Ether.js and more. We are experts in thirdweb, Dynamic.xyz and similar tools.
What blockchains do you work with?
We love working in the Ethereum ecosystem and will gladly work on any EVM compatible chain. We will work with you to find the best chain for your project.
What if I don't like the completed task?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the delivery until you're 100% satisfied.
Is there anything you don't cover?
We don't currently offer smart contract audits but we do have an audit partner that can assist.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
What if I only have 1 task?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
